 Every participating member of the Lion Pride Marching Band is required by GISD and UIL to have a physical on file before they can participate in any UIL sanctioned activities (ex: Football Games, Marching Contests, etc.) If you DO NOT have a physical on file with GISD, you will need to complete the GISD Physical Packet as well as the UIL Pre-Physical Evaluation. If you DO have a physical on file with GISD, you will ONLY need to complete the first page of each form.
